The breakfast-time seminar, Growing Your Business With a Winning Team, is being supported by organisations including MAD-HR, Lloyds Bank, New Anglia Growth Hub, Spider Recruitment, Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and The Business Coaching, Mentoring and Training Centre.

Achieving business growth can not only put a strain business leaders and their team but also lead to unhappy customers if delivery deadlines are extended or corners are cut to save time.

This in turn can put pressure on the company’s cashflow and limit its ability to purchase extra stock, machinery and equipment or vehicles.

The seminar aims to show business owners how to anticipate and recognise obstacles impeding business growth, as well as offering practical advice and guidance on how to take your business forward.

The event will take place at the University of Suffolk’s Ipswich Waterfront Innovation Centre (IWIC) on Tuesday, October 31, from 7.45am to 10.30am.

Places at the event cost £30. For further details and to book, visit www.mad-hr.co.uk/events.
