A BROKEN down bus led to congestion in the centre of Stowmarket this morning.

It happened just before 9am on the junction of Bury Road and Station Road. The driver managed to move the bus away from the junction before the recovery vehicle arrived.

iwitness Luke Martin sent in a photo and said: “A bus broke down in an inconvenient location during morning rush hour.”
