PLANNERS at Mid Suffolk District Council have approved proposals for a Domino’s Pizza premises in Stowmarket.

The takeaway shop will be in Ipswich Street and will replace the Wimpy restaurant.

Dominoes has said it will bring 32 jobs to the town - eight full-time and 24 part-time.

The takeaway is set to be open every day, from 9am-midnight, except for Sundays when it will open between 10am-11pm.

The Wimpy restaurant had been run by the same family for the past seven years.
