Stowmarket: Man in court over stabbing charge

A MAN will appear in court this morning following a serious assault in Stowmarket on Tuesday.

Alexander Buckle, 22, from Kent Road, Stowmarket has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and will be appearing before Bury St Edmunds Magistrates Court this morning, (Thursday September 20).

The case is in relation to an incident where a 22-year-old man sustained stab wounds to his upper body during an assault in Windermere Road, Stowmarket at around 8pm on Tuesday September 18.
