Sudbury: Car on fire in Cornard Road this evening dealt with by firefighters

Two fire crews attended reports of a burning car in Sudbury this evening.

They were called just before 7pm to the incident in Cornard Road.

The second crew attended after fears the fire was affecting a nearby building.

Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to put out the blaze.

The building was not found to have been affected.
