A woman was taken to hospital after being in a collision with a car


A woman in her 80s was taken to hospital with head injuries after being in a collision with a car.


Police were called to Great Eastern Road, Sudbury, at around 4.35pm.

A by-stander called officers to tell them a woman had been hit in the incident.

A force spokesman said the woman was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with head injuries but they are not though to be life-changing.
