SUFFOLK: Fire crews from different parts of the county were called to two reports of car blazes on Saturday.

A crew from Felixstowe was called to Motorway Yard, Dooley Road, after a report of a car fire.

A second appliance because of fears that the blaze could spread to a lorry, but in the event it was confined to the car.

A fire crew from Haverhill was called to a fire in a camper van at Hall Road in Barnadiston. The blaze was soon brought under control and no one was hurt in either incident.
