The campaign hopes to help people who might otherwise find Christmas hard to cope with

The campaign hopes to offer advice to people who may find the festive period hard to cope with.

The videos feature real life stories and cover topics such as loneliness and illness.

Suffolk Mind’s head of mental health education Ezra Hewing said: “As part of our mission to make Suffolk the best place in the world to talk about and take care of mental health, we are always reflecting on how events like Christmas can help people to get their needs met.

“Christmas is a great opportunity to spend time with people we care about, meeting needs for emotional connection and sharing attention.

“However, not everybody feels the same way, and we wanted to do something for them too, by raising awareness of the challenges people face and how they might find other ways to meet needs and manage stress.”
