A teenager has been arrested following an arson attack on four homes in Ipswich this morning.
Suffolk police officers were called at around 6.20am to several reports of bottles containing an accelerant being thrown at four separate homes close to Bramford Road.
A force spokesman said none of the properties were badly damaged, with just external smoke damage to the front doors and minor damage to the wheel arch of one parked car.
No-one was injured as a result.
Officers have arrested an 18-year-old man from Ipswich on suspicion of arson, who remains in police custody at Martlesham police investigation centre for questioning.
