Suffolk: Delays on the rail network between Ipswich and Manningtree

RAIL passengers face delays along a stretch of the mainline this morning.
An obstruction on the line is causing disruption between Ipswich and Manningtree.
Because of this, trains between these stations may be delayed by up to 20 minutes. There is no current estimate for when a normal service will resume.
