Motorists are being urged to take care on the roads this morning as heavy fog has caused poor visibility.

It is expected that the fog will lift by mid morning but it is likely to cause some issues for people travelling at rush hour.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said motorists should “drive with caution and drive to the conditions”.
