The crew of the East Anglian Air Ambulance has been kept busy in Suffolk this weekend.
Yesterday the helicopter was called to Oulton, near Lowestoft, just before 1.40pm after a young teenage girl had sustained pelvic injuries.
She was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital after being treated at the scene. It is currently unknown how she became injured.
The crew was also sent to Tuddenham, near Ipswich, at 12.40pm after a motorcyclist was involved in an accident.
He was assessed and treated before being placed in the care of a land ambulance team.
A man in his fifties, suffered an apparent heart attack, in Bramford, near Ipswich, yesterday.
Dr Pam Chrispin and critical care paramedic Andy Downes were flown to the scene by Captain Neil Waller and treated the man before they escorted him to Ipswich Hospital aboard a land ambulance.
The man’s condition is described as serious but stable.
Earlier today Suffolk Fire and Rescue were called to a road crash in Eagle Way, in Martlesham Heath just before 11.45am.
A motorcyclist had collided with a car. A female was treated at the scene.
