The policing part of the Council Tax in Suffolk has been frozen for a second year. The proposal was put forward by Police and Crime Commissioner Tim Passmore and agreed at a meeting of the Police and Crime Panel on Friday.

It means that the average amount paid by every household in Suffolk remains at £166.77 a year, which is £3.20 a week based on a Band D property.
