It’s that time of year again – on Sunday the clocks will go back one hour at 2am.

That means that while the evenings will be a bit darker, we can look forward to lighter mornings.

In anticipation of the change, Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has urged people to also check their smoke alarms while turning the clock hands.
