Three arrested on suspicion of GBH following Ipswich town centre incident

Three people were arrested on suspicion of GBH following an incident in Ipswich town centre last night which saw a man taken to hospital.

Police were called to Berners Street around 10.45pm and arrested two women and a man in connection with the incident.

The male victim suffered injuries with a bladed weapon and was taken to hospital for further treatment.

The three people remain in custody at Martlesham Investigation Centre.
