The A14 was partially blocked following an accident involving a car and a lorry this morning.


Police received reports of a two vehicle collision in the eastbound lane near junction 49 with the A1308 Bury Road.

The accident was reported at around 6.50am and blocked the lane partially for some time.

A police spokesman confirmed both vehicles had been taken to the lay-by and the road was reopen by 7.30am.

No injuries have been reported.
