Motorists are being warned to take care amid icy condtions.


A number of minor shunts on icy roads across the county has prompted police to urge caution among motorists.


A spokesman for Suffolk Constabulary said there had been a scattering of ice-related accidents, particularly in the west of the county.

“We would advise motorists to take extra caution when there is ice on the roads,” the spokesman said.
