Travel: Rail delays caused by train fault

RAIL services in the area have been disrupted this morning due to a train fault.
Due to an earlier train fault between Brentwood and Shenfield, trains on some lines have been forced to run at reduced speeds.
Some services between Norwich and London Liverpool Street have been cancelled and others delayed because of the disruption.
