A Suffolk road which was closed following an accident earlier today has re-opened.

The A143 at Great Barton was closed following a collision between a cyclist and a car.

The cyclist, a man in his 60s, was airlifted to hospital with serious head injuries.

There are currently no reports of any major delays or incidents on the region’s rail services.

Tonight’s weather forecast is for cloudy conditions, minimum temperatures of 12 degrees Celsius and winds of up to 28 mph.
