Tuddenham: Air ambulance called to scene of two-vehicle collision

A man has suffered a suspected broken leg in a two vehicle collision in Tuddenham.

Police, paramedics and firefighters were all called to the scene, near the A1101, at about 9.40am today following reports of the collision – the air ambulance was called later.

One man was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with a suspected broken leg while a female passenger suffered a hand injury.

The driver of the other vehicle was also taken to West Suffolk Hospital with neck and back pain.

The road was closed while the emergency services dealt with the incident.

  • I find it disturbing and confusing that an accident in Tuddenham saw patients taken to west suffolk hospital, Yet the other day an accident in Culford the patients were conveyed to Ipswich hospital. Both on on the doorstep of the opposite. Is the NHS really in that much difficulty?
