A POST mortem carried out on the body of a man who died after collapsing in an Ipswich street has proved inconclusive, police have said.

Donatas Kislauskas, 29, was discovered in Queen Street, Ipswich at around 6.50am on November 3.

Despite paramedics attempts to save him, the young father was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police officers have been trawling through CCTV images to try and establish what happened to Mr Kislausakas, of Wherstead Road.

He was spotted in Cardinal Park at around 11.30pm and again on the Corn Hill at around 4am stumbling and apparently drunk.

A Suffolk police spokeswoman said: “The post mortem results have proved inconclusive.

“Toxicology and further tests will now be carried out to try and establish what caused Mr Kislauskas’s death.”
