Update: Mother of boy found wandering street is found

The mother of a young boy found wandering a Colchester Street has been located, according to Essex Police.

The youngster was spotted by a member of the public in Barrack Street at about 12.40pm today.

Essex Police say inquires are being made into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
