A 30-year-old man from the Colchester area is the second man to have been arrested on suspicion of rape at a music event in Great Yarmouth
Earlier today a 20-year-old from Manningtree was released without charge after he was arrested on Sunday and questioned by detectives following the incident in Great Yarmouth.
Police said no further action would be taken against the 20-year-old.
However, the second suspect was subsequently arrested on suspicion of raping a 20-year-old woman at the Kiss Weekender event at the Vauxhall Holiday Park in Acle New Road between 12.30am and 1.30am on Saturday.
