Commuters are facing delays into London today

RAIL services from Ipswich to London are running as normal after severe delays this morning.
Operator Greater Anglia said earlier dealys of around an hour between Colchester and London Liverpool Street have now eased.
A spokesman said a broken down train, which had been causing problems at Chelmsford has been moved.
He apologised for any inconveniance to passengers.
