UK Power Networks have today set up drop-in sessions in Suffolk in areas that have been without power for a long period of time.
Three centres were set up with voluntary organisations, and ran from 12.30pm until 3.30pm today.
Services on offer included the chance to get hot drinks and snacks, a place to sit down and get warm and a chance to speak with UK Power Networks to get the most up-to-date information.
The sessions were set up on Grundisburgh Village Green, at Long Melford Village Hall and Bromeswell Village Hall.
They were supported at each location by Eastern Facilities Management, the Salvation Army and the Royal Voluntary Service respectively.
