A crash involving two four-wheel drive vehicles has closed a road approaching Ipswich.
Suffolk police received reports of an accident in Butt Road near the junction with Playford Road at around 8.45am.
A force spokesman said the crash involved a Volkswagen Amorak and a Land Rover, one of which had come off the road.
“The road is closed at the junction between Playford Road and Butts road,” the spokesman added.
Officers are on the scene and are arranging the vehicles’ recovery.
No one is thought to have been seriously hurt. However, the East of England Ambulance Service Trust has been called as one of the drivers was complaining of neck pain.
