Walton: Several items of jewellery stolen in burglary

Detectives in Walton are appealing for information after several items of jewellery were stolen in a burglary.

The break in happened sometime between 12.10pm and 6.20pm on Friday, July 25 in Clays Road.

The owners discovered their home had been ransacked and jewellery had been taken from a bedroom.

A safe had also been forced off the bedroom wall and left on the landing.

Jewellery stolen incudes a diamond and white gold ring, a diamond solitaire ring, a gold patterned bangle and a Links style white gold bracelet.

Anyone that can help with any information about the burglary, or if anybody saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area is asked to contact Dc Mo Crawley on Essex Police 101.
