RAIL commuters are being warned of more delays and cancellations on the region’s rail network this evening due to the wintry weather.

Greater Anglia said trains are running at reduced speeds because of snow accumulations, resulting in a number of cancellations during tonight’s peak period.

There will be additional stops on a number of services between London and Ipswich to make up for the cancellations.

It follows a day of heavy disruption for rail passengers due to snow and ice on the tracks.
