Wherstead: Busy road blocked after collision between a car and a cyclist

A busy road near Ipswich has been blocked and traffic is building following a collision between a car and a cyclist.

The incident happened at the junction of the A137 and the B1456, near the ski slope, at about 11.30am today.

The cyclist suffered a leg injury but it is not believed to be life threatening.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said there have been some delays on the road as a result of the incident.
