Wherstead: Seventy-five rolls of roofing lead worth £5,000 stolen

Around £5,000 worth of lead has been stolen from a property in Wherstead.

It was taken from a farm off Vicarage Lane between 3.30pm on Wednesday and 5.30am on Thursday.

Seventy-five rolls of roofing lead were stolen from an outbuilding at the farm.

Anyone with information should call Pc Anne Hart on 101.
