Performing arts students at One sixth form showcased their talents in a sell out show celebrating the best of the West End last week.
The West End to One show featured students in both years 12 and 13 performing iconic numbers from hit West End shows such as Legally Blonde, Burlesque and Kinky Boots, as well as a Motown medley, in front of more than 200 guests.
The evening concluded with a rousing medley of Les Miserables songs performed by the entire cast, in what was the final sixth form performance for the year 13 students and last production of the year for the sixth form.
Lois Hinsley, performing arts co-ordinator at One said, “The pressure was on as their performances at this show forms part of their final course marks, but when the pressure is on, they always deliver.
“All in all, this was the perfect way to end the year on a high.
“We are very proud of all the students that took part.”
