Ipswich schoolgirl Hannah Martin is preparing to play her first game for Team GB at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival, tomorrow morning (+11 GMT).

The Ipswich School pupil, from Holbrook, was part of the squad that was scheduled to play the hosts in the opening game of the four-team tournament, in Sydney.

Team GB play China on Thursday and USA on Saturday, before hopefully competing for the gold medal at finals day, on Sunday.

Martin, 17, is the younger sister of Ipswich Olympian, Harry, who played for GB at this summer’s Olympics.
