With only two games left of the season, we take a look back at when the Blues played Rotherham in October 2003.

This game happened to be the first win against Rotherham in over 30 years, having last beaten Rotherham 2-0 at home in 1968.

The breakthrough in the game came from a Pablo Counago headed effort, scoring in the 53rd minute of the game, finally breaking the 0-0 deadlock.

The Blues lead on the game was short lived however, as just six minutes later, Martin Butler for Rotherham, scored in the opposite end to bring the game to 1-1.

In the 70th minute, the Blues were awarded a penalty which was converted by Counago to put the Blues in the lead 2-1.

The game heated up the second half however, Martin McIntosh was handed the first red card of the game after recieving two yellows, later to be followed by defender Julien Baudet who earned a straight red in the closing stages of the game.
