Do you fancy trampolining with your children this summer?

Start your weekend early with an action packed day for the children.

The weather tomorrow is likely to be similar to today, with highs of around 20C and barely a breeze in land.

With weather like that, the beach is an ideal option - or crabbing at Felixstowe Ferry - as recommended in our days out for under a fiver guide.

Suffolk Coastal

It is your last chance to see Circus Hassani in Southwold this weekend - last shows take place at 2pm and Friday and 5pm Saturday.

Tickets cost £10 for adults, £8 for children and £32 for a family or £6 with Suffolk Secrets or Southwold Lettings special offer.

Tickets can be booked now at the Southwold Tourist Information Centre, online at www.southhollandcentre.co.uk, via telephone on 01775 764777 or at the Box Office on The Common, York Road, Southwold.

Slugs, snails and all things slimy are the topic of the Woodland Wonders session at RSPB Minsmere, near Dunwich.

Rummage under the logs and in the woodland leave litter and see what you can find.

Session runs from 10am to 4pm, no booking required.

Normal reserve entry fees (£7.50 for non-members, £15 per family).

Ipswich

There is a free activity day at Castle Hill Rec from 1pm to 4pm, offering a mix of sport, music, health, arts and crafts and drama and dance.

At Crown Pools there is a family float session from 10.30am to midday. Family ticket is £12.50.

The inflatable slide will be out from 2pm to 3pm, suitable for chidlren aged eight and over. Simply pay for a swim at £3.80 and use the slide throughout.

Under eights can join an arts and crafts session from 1pm to 2.30pm, costing £4.30 each - mum or dad must stay.

At Gainsborough Sports Centre you can join the summer party, for three to seven year olsd, from 2.45pm to 4.15pm.

From 10.30am to midday there is kwik cricket and rounders for children aged five to nine.

There is family rollerskating at Maidenhall Sports Centre tomorrow.

Suitable for age five and over, running from 3.30pm to 5pm and costing £2.60 per person.

At Whitton Sports Centre there is a racket sports session for seven to 14 year olds, from 9.30am to 11.30am costing £3.10.

And Kimmy’s petting zoo will be there from 1pm to 2pm and 2pm to 3pm.

And from 3pm to 4.30pm there is a free basketball roadshow for under 14s delivered by Ipswich Basketball Club.

There is family rollerskating at Northgate Sports Centre from 2.30pm to 4pm.

Costing £2.60 each, this is suitable for kids and parents.

Or there is family trampolining for children aged three right through to mum and dad.

Sessions run from 10am to 11am, 11am to midday, 2pm to 3pm and 3pm to 4pm.

This costs £4.30 each.

Babergh

Become a young warden at Arger Fen - between 10am and midday children aged 10 to 15 can learn skills to help with habitat management at the reserve.
