If the property is purchased at auction, the lease would continue to run.

Above the retail units, the flats are on rolling assured shorthold tenancies at rents of £525 and £665 per calendar month.

A spokesman for Auction House East Anglia said: "With an overall potential yield exceeding 10% of the low guide price, we believe this to be a solid investment opportunity."

The property has been listed at a guide price of between £275,000 and £325,000. 

It is heading to auction on Wednesday, March 20.
