An Ipswich office block has been put on the market for offers in excess of £15million.
Brooke Lawrance House, in Civic Drive, is up for sale with commercial estate agent Lambert Smith Hampton.
The 146,526 sq ft premises, which was named after a local girl with cerebral palsy, has a guide price seeking offers of more than £15m.

Inside the main building there are nine floors, which is made up of offices, an on-site café, shower block and an Amazon drop facility.
AXA Insurance is among the businesses located inside the building, as well as more than 500 staff for HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
It was in autumn last year when several HMRC workers complained about the presence of bed bugs in their offices, with chemical treatments and steam cleans carried out in a bid to rid the site of the insects.
A union also said some staff were threatening to go on strike over the matter.
