Emergency services were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash at a busy slip road in Suffolk today.
Police, firefighters and medics attended the collision on the junction from the A14 westbound leading onto the A12 at the Copdock Interchange.
The crash happened around 10.45am and involved a Peugeot 308, a Jaguar XJ6 and a Fiat 500.
A police spokesman said one man was injured and taken to hospital for treatment.
The extent of the man’s injuries is unclear but the police spokesman said he was conscious and breathing.
Three fire crews – one from Ipswich East and two from Ipswich Princes Street – attended the incident.
Ambulances crews were also sent to the scene.
One lane of the road was shut as a result of the crash.
The AA reported slow traffic in the area.
