RSPCA officers requested help from fire brigade colleagues this morning after a deer got trapped in a set of railings.
A fire crew from Felixstowe was sent to the scene in Chatsworth Crescent, Trimley St Mary, at 5.36am.
They used hydraulic cutting equipment to free the animal, and were back on base on 6.01am.
