Visitors to Felixstowe will be able to get a taste for food from across Europe this weekend.
An International Food Market is being staged from today until Bank Holiday Monday in Hamilton Road, 9am-7pm.
Market organiser Olivier Simonin said: “We have professional market traders from France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland, Poland and many more countries who will be wearing traditional costumes, selling high quality products like Baklava cakes, Greek olives, French macarons, Spanish paella, a fine selection of cheese, tartiflette, English fudge and Belgian waffles.
“There really will be something for everyone.”
Most of the products are made by family businesses, farms or small factories using traditional methods.
On Saturday the resort is staging a multi-cultural day at the Triangle, Hamilton Road, with children’s activities and music from DDFK Oompah Band, Pantasy Steel Band, and Silbury Hill.
