Shotleyfield Dazzling Duke, owned by Fiona Clark, of Weylands Farm, Stoke-by-Nayland, and shown by Stephen Gowing, was Supreme Champion Suffolk for the second year running and scooped the Stuart Group in hand championship.

Earlier this year, the five-year-old claimed the supreme championship at the Suffolk Show for the third year in a row.

“We had the most amazing day,” said Fiona. “It was his fourth year as champion Suffolk at the Norfolk Show and second year he’s been supreme in hand.”

Husband Roger said, who has been involved with Suffolks for 55 years, said: “We’ve had a lot of good horses here over the years and he’s probably got to rank with the best we’ve had.” Fiona purchased the horse when it was two years old.
