Were you a Scout or Cub as a youngster? If so, you might be in our gallery of Scouting activities around the area.
There are currently more than 6,000 young people involved in Scouting across Suffolk, while many thousands more have been involved over the decades.
Do you remember singing round the campfire, taking part in a Gang Show or vowing to "Do your best" - possibly using the time-honoured wording "Dyb, Dyb, Dyb"?
Our photos here show just some of the fun and educational events and exercises which Scouts have enjoyed over the years, from camping and cookery competitions to joining in a cycle marathon and tying knots.
Many activities have currently gone virtual, and Suffolk Scouts have a range of challenges for today's members on their website.
