The 18 foot long albino reticulated python named Buddy was brought into the Sailmakers shopping centre by NR Exotics - a sanctuary for hundreds of unwanted or neglected reptiles and animals across the area.

Homelessness charity Emmaus Ipswich who are located in Sailmakers, invited Buddy and his handlers to visit as they will be holding demonstrations at the Emmaus Ipswich Vintage and Craft Fair Fund-raiser next month.

The charity event takes place on Wednesday, August 2, at Otley Hall in Ipswich, and all money raised will go towards helping and supporting those who are either homeless or workless.
