A car park in Ipswich with 29 parking spaces is up for auction with a guide price of £30,000.
The lot also comes with a strip of land and is located off Spring road in the east of the town and is within walking distance of the town centre.
Currently nine of the spaces are let on yearly licences and generate £3,725 per annum including an adminstration fee.
Fully let, the income could be around £12,000 and the site may also lend itself to electric vehicle charging stations, which would be subject to required consents.
A spokesman for Auction House East Anglia, who are auctioning the property, said: "With more and more vehicles on the roads we believe this to be an excellent investment opportunity."
