THERE was more bad news for the economy today as insulation specialist SIG announced it is cutting 900 jobs.
THERE was more bad news for the economy today as insulation specialist SIG announced it is cutting 900 jobs.
The Sheffield-based firm, which is cutting 7% of its workforce and shutting 65 trading sites, is the latest in the construction sector to shed jobs.
The news comes a day after building supplies firm Wolseley said it was cutting 2,000 UK jobs.
