The RSPCA is calling on animal lovers to adopt one of these cute animals waiting for their forever home from its centre in Martlesham.
First on our list is Fidget the cat, this feline definitely lives up to his namesake by always staying active and loving a bit of fuss.
He is definitely a people cat often wanting to be stroked and get a bit of fuss and is more than happy to sit on your lap, but he does love a bit of sunbathing in the garden.
If you think Fidget is the cat for you, then make sure you get some ping pong balls in as he loves to chase and play with them and living up to his name.
Next up on our list is the double act that is Penny and Marley, Penny is a six-and-a-half year old Border Collie and Marley is a two-year-old Collie cross.
They are both active dogs who love going on walks, Marley is a really clever dog knowing plenty of commands and Penny loves nothing more than playing fetch.
Penny and Marley really enjoy the company of each other and would like to be adopted together, to a home with no other cats or dogs, a home with older children would suit them best.
Yet another double act on the list this week with Belle and Jack the rabbits, with Belle being three years old and Jack being five.
Belle is a sprightly and active character with a real zest for life, Jack loves the company of people so a home that can continue socialising with him would be best.
Belle and Jack originally came into the centre separately but they have happily bonded and been paired together so would need to be adopted together.
This happy girl is Stella, a nine-year-old cross. A loving, affectionate and playful girl who loves nothing more than a good run around.
Stella is a clever girl and knows a number of tricks already like sit, paw, leave and also responds to a dog whistle for her recall when out in the park.
Stella would be best suited to a home with older children, and could also possibly live with a calm male dog, or a cat used to living with dogs, depending on them meeting.
How about a different kind of pet in this adult Polecat called Tiberius
A friendly boy who has been handled well in the past so would like a home able to continue socialising him.
He currently is living alone in the centre but would love to find a home with some ferret friends to keep him company but can be suited to a home on his own.
Last but not least it’s Hank. He didn’t have the best start coming into the centre as he was found stuck in brambles but is eager to turn his luck around.
Although not the most confident of boys when first meeting strangers, he is a big softie who loves a bit of fuss and the company of people.
Hank is FIV positive so he must be kept as an indoor cat and staff members at the centre are more than happy to give more information on Hank and FIV.
The RSPCA assures families that all cats, dogs, ferrets and rabbits that are offered for adoption have been vaccinated, micro chipped and neutered.
An adoption fee of £150 for dogs, £60 for cats and £25 for rabbits and ferrets, is charged to help cover the cost of getting the animals ready for their new homes.
If you can help, call the RSPCA Suffolk East and Ipswich Branch on 0300 999 7321 9am until 4.30pm or contact them via email.
