, who runs the 4th Hadleigh Brownies, will meet Her Majesty along with representatives from other Suffolk organisations outside the Old Customs House in Ipswich.

The 24-year-old from Station Road, Hadleigh, believes she was picked after representing East Anglia on a visit to The World Guide Centre near Pune in India last year.

Charlotte, who works for Ensors in St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, will present six young guides on the day.

She said: "I am really excited to meet The Queen. It was a bit unexpected but a real honour. Everyone is really proud of me."

The six guides are Ellie Scott from Capel St Mary; Daisy Charlton from Felixstowe; Rebecca Dean and Stephanie Cook both from Ipswich; Geraldine Boyles from Haverhill and Natasha Ingram from Woodbridge.
