POLICE closed the A11 in Suffolk after a crash between a car and a motorcyclist.
The accident happened at 2.30pm Sunday close to the turning to RAF Honington on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder.
A spokesman for Norfolk police said the motorcyclist had been injured in the crash but was not believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries.
The road was closed and diversions put in place at the Elveden crossroads and in Norfolk.
Police said the closure resulted in delays and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
