RECOVERY of a lorry which crashed on the A14 causing traffic chaos is under way today.
Police officers closed the Stowmarket-bound carriageway of the road at Nacton just before 10am so a crane could remove the lorry which smashed near Wherstead at about 6.15am.
Traffic travelling in the Felixstowe-bound direction will also face restrictions while the work, which is expected to take at least one hour, is completed, however that carriageway will remain open.
