A SECTION of the A14 was closed for more than seven hours over night after two lorries collided.
The accident took place on the Ipswich-bound carriageway close to the junction with the A142 at Kentford, near Newmarket.
One of the HGV drivers had to be released from his vehicle by firefighters.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance with injuries described as “non-life threatening”.
The road was opened at 3.50am today.
