A MOTORIST was taken to hospital today after a crash between a lorry and a car on the A14.
The accident happened near the Asda junction at Ipswich on the Stowmarket-bound carriageway at just before 2.30pm.
The collision involved a Perodua Kelisa car and a Mercedes skip loader lorry.
One lane was blocked and the lorry suffered a split tyre.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Trust said one person was taken to Ipswich Hospital but it was not initially clear how serious their injuries were.
